Having fulfilled the PH.D courses in the same Department, he has still been attending the PH.D programme at Social Sciences Institute of the Ankara University. He started his career working at the Strategic Research Center (SAM-STRM), Ministry of Foreign Affairs between 1995-98; he has been working at the Undersecretariat for Defence Industries (SSM), Ministry of National Defence since 1998.
