Nijerya hava kabiliyetleri s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r, ancak hem sabit kanatl\u0131 hem de rotorlu ta\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131n yak\u0131n hava deste\u011fini geni\u015fletme \u00e7abalar\u0131 ve ayn\u0131 zamanda h\u0131zla b\u00fcy\u00fcyen ISR platformlar\u0131 havuzu a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan dikkate de\u011ferdir. \u00c7in \u0130HA&#8217;lar\u0131 Nijerya&#8217;ya, nadir, b\u00f6lgesel olarak konu\u015fulan, uzaktan sald\u0131r\u0131 kabiliyetini verdiler. Bu ama\u00e7la, savunma sanayile\u015fmesi, hem askeri kapasiteyi korumak hem de Azerbaycan Ulusal Ordusuna taktiksel bir avantaj yaratabilecek anti-Materyal t\u00fcfekleri, \u0130HA&#8217;lar\u0131 ve LMAM&#8217;leri gibi silah sistemleri sa\u011flamaya y\u00f6neliktir. Bu s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 hedefin perspektifinden bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, Rusya&#8217;ya ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k, Azerbaycan&#8217;\u0131n d\u0131\u015f politika hedefini ve onun s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 fakat tehlikeli g\u00fc\u00e7 kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 mutlaka engellemek zorunda de\u011fildir.<br \/>\n\u0130kincisi, \u0130lham Aliyev, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc askeri in\u015fa etme ve kay\u0131p b\u00f6lgeyi yeniden kazanma s\u00f6ylemiyle, \u00f6zellikle i\u00e7 politikada savunma sanayile\u015fmesinin sembolik g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc kullan\u0131r.
