Uluslararas\u0131 akt\u00f6rler, bu t\u00fcr bir direni\u015f kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda taraf tutma e\u011filimindedir. Yine de, d\u0131\u015f akt\u00f6rlerin yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki \u015fiddet i\u00e7ermeyen protestolar\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00fczerindeki etkilerine ili\u015fkin bilgi s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, d\u0131\u015f akt\u00f6rlerin \u015fiddetsiz direni\u015f hareketlerin dinamiklerini hem do\u011frudan hem de dolayl\u0131 olarak nas\u0131l \u015fekillendirebilece\u011fini anlamak i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7ler ve hedef rejimler aras\u0131ndaki stratejik ili\u015fkilere odaklan\u0131r. Bu ara\u015ft\u0131rma, hedef devletler stratejik olarak \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funda, b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7lerin \u015fiddetsiz direni\u015f hareketleri baltalama e\u011filiminde oldu\u011funu \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fcyor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ayr\u0131ca, hareketler i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7 deste\u011fi (\u00f6zellikle ABD h\u00fck\u00fcmetininki) ile hedef devlet g\u00fcvenlik g\u00fc\u00e7lerindeki ayr\u0131\u015fmalar aras\u0131nda dolayl\u0131 bir ba\u011flant\u0131 buluyor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma \u00f6zellikle, ABD yabanc\u0131 askeri e\u011fitiminin ve ABD&#8217;nin kampanyalara verdi\u011fi deste\u011fin, \u015fiddet i\u00e7ermeyen \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar s\u0131ras\u0131nda ayr\u0131lma\/destek \u00e7ekme kararlar\u0131 \u00fczerinde birle\u015fik bir etkisi oldu\u011funu \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fcyor.
