Researcher - Gizem Koçver, yüksek lisansını Northeastern Üniversitesi (Boston) Siyaset Bilimi bölümünde Uluslararası İlişkiler üzerine yaptı. Lisans eğitimini SUNY Binghamton ve Bilkent Üniversitesi’nde Küresel ve Uluslararası İlişkiler Çift-Diploma Programı’nda tamamladı. Merkezimize katılmadan önce “International Peace and Security Institute (IPSI)” ve “Washington Institute for Near East Policy”’de araştırma stajyeri olarak görev yapmıştır.
